VLCD Day One.

I hope that the holiday season is going well for you all.

I Started loading on Christmas eve and it was much more difficult than I had anticipated. I ate less than usual but only hi fat foods. I think that in the end I loaded alright. I was considering doing a a third loading day but decided against it. I am not physically hungry at all, but mentally this is quite some work. Two turkeys, fried rice,ham,chicken,sausage, yule logs, and cheese cake are overflowing the fridge right now. I cannot even stay away from it because I have 5 kids (my four plus my nephew) to feed. :)
Today I had...
breakfast
tea and half a grapefruit
lunch
sole with black pepper, a salad, a grissini
snack
a grissini
supper
chicken and spinach

I will have an orange soon for a snack.

I am really tired but I think that is mainly because I have had a total of 8 hours sleep in the last week ( and that is a total not per day).

I am just glad I have no hunger pain. Last night because I was so scared that I may not have loaded enough I ate a sausage round and some cheesecake downed with to cups of hot cocoa with lots of whipped cream. mmmmm

This little blog is going to be all about losing the extra weight that I have accumulated after having 4 kiddos (3 in the past 3 years). I have about 40lbs to lose to be healthy again.

I am planning on losing this weight through Dr. Simeons' hcg protocol. If you are interested you can read all about it here.


I ordered the hcg on the 21st of november, it was shipped on the 23rd and it arrive safely in my hands this morning.

I am still debating on whether to start on Christmas or New Years.
