I hope that the holiday season is going well for you all.
I Started loading on Christmas eve and it was much more difficult than I had anticipated. I ate less than usual but only hi fat foods. I think that in the end I loaded alright. I was considering doing a a third loading day but decided against it. I am not physically hungry at all, but mentally this is quite some work. Two turkeys, fried rice,ham,chicken,sausage, yule logs, and cheese cake are overflowing the fridge right now. I cannot even stay away from it because I have 5 kids (my four plus my nephew) to feed. :)

chicken and spinach
I will have an orange soon for a snack.
I am really tired but I think that is mainly because I have had a total of 8 hours sleep in the last week ( and that is a total not per day).
I am just glad I have no hunger pain. Last night because I was so scared that I may not have loaded enough I ate a sausage round and some cheesecake downed with to cups of hot cocoa with lots of whipped cream. mmmmm
